We teach you/your team how to improve business skills, techniques to improve organization and automation, tools to improve productivity, insight and direction on maintenance and wellness for solo/small staffed entrepreneurs, and financial literacy and cash flow-building strategy for emerging business owners. The '1 of 1 CEO' consulting program meets 4 times monthly, just the owner and the coach via Zoom or another digital platform. Please plan for about 45-minute meeting each week and a list of objectives to complete and follow up on at the end of the session to set the tone for the week. The most crucial part of acceleration is not planning, it is moving - the better you become at doing the work the better the work will work for you.
