Watch the video - you will not need your workbook persay, but you will need something to write with and your BABME journal or a way to take notes.
While watching the video make noes and observations about how you might craft your own calendar.
Make a list of your schedule - write down as many details as you can think of even if you ‘already know this part of your day’ or believe that it will not change.
List the Becoming a Better Me Course as your top self care to-do
Use the workbook to refer back to notes you made on your goals and list those in your schedule as well.
Consider some of the bonus calendar items mentioned in the video if you have time to add in things like saying affirmations and making time for yourself weekly to pray, meditate or etc.

Receive a detailed walk through on how to build your calendar.
Get valuable pointers on how to incorporate your specific life aspects and tools into the calendaring.
Pause for awhile to make your calendar. You can’t stop as long as you need to but take no more than 3 days to complete this section or you will start to drag through the course.
*Remember organization and money go hand-in-hand and most Black women have a narrative of not discussing either one openly. So get out of your comfort zone and really organize your time so you can get more of this bag!

Gain insight on how to better organize yourself and your life so that all of the pieces flow together.
Tip #9: As you build your self care planner (the notes you will make before you create or fill in the actual calendar) pull out some of those old life tools you bought and can still benefit from. You may have work out videos, books, other classes, use them to help you meet your goal. List these items on the planner so that you can schedule time to use them.
Tip #10: Make some notes at the bottom or create a column on either end of your calendar if possible and incorporate new truths and positive affirmations that will stimulate and motivate you to stay on track with becoming a better you.
